Accommodation costs
Accommodation capacities are divided into 2 categories: category A and category B
Category A includes: Bonifika, Koper Elementary School, Dušan Bordon Elementary School, Anton Ukmar Elementary School, Koper Gymnasium, Koper Student Dorm, Hostel Histria, Villa Domus, Hostel Riviera Izola, Hotel Žusterna, Hotel Koper, Hotel Bio, Gianni rooms
In category B: Elementary school Vojka Šmuc Izola, Elementary school Dante Alighieri Izola, Hostel Port, Hostel Secret Garden, Hostel Via Flavia, Hotel Belvedere, Hotel Adria Ankaran
Payment deadline
* After 28th February 2024, the deadlines for booking accommodation and participation in 30th Eurofest will be as stated in the table above. For example registration 2nd of March 2024, the team must pay the registration fee + 50% of the accommodation.
Payment of the application fee and 10% of the accommodation advance must be settled within 14 working days from the first application, if the application was made by December.
If applications are made from January to May, then payment of the application fee and 50% of the accommodation advance must be settled immediately upon application.
