The welcome party is for all young handball players which participate on EUROFEST – European Handball Festival.
The purpose is to get to know each other and to connect. The organizer arranges for popular music to be played at the concert, whether it be a DJ or some local band.
It is performed on the central playground, at Ukmar Square in Koper.
